Don't get me wrong, Rothmans is my favourite colour scheme too, but given how much I like the 28SE colours, Chinese "Rothmans" panels will never even register with me!
I can never see the point is "saving" original panels, just so they can be put back on the bike and sold on for someone else to enjoy, in just the same way I don't like screen protectors and phone cases.Just look after it, and enjoy all its best qualities, rather than pass them on to the next owner!
Totally with you on this. Why people would take original panels off their bike for fear of damaging them only to replace with poor ones is beyond me. Just look after it and enjoy it in my opinion
I wasn't saying I'd take them off for fear of damaging them, I was saying I was thinking of taking them off and storing them somewhere safe whilst I ran the bike with rothmans panels on as I like the rothmans look.
