This temp gauge fits RS 125 nf4,s 92- 94, Rsi25,s nx4 95 onwards, and RS 250,s nf5 91 & 92, also rs250 nx5 93 onwards. Still obtainable, i bought one about 2 months ago, round about £100 INC vat and delivery, the part numbers are all different, ie: years and models, but the same unit, got mine from David Silvers, give the boys at Plymouth a shout they might be able to get you one.
