Hi guys, long long long time lurker, first time poster here. I usually search for the info I need, or use the online manuals, hence never needing to post, but I can't find an answer to this one, so hope someone can help.

I'm trying to find out if the 88 and 89 shocks are interchangeable? Also, I've seen Andy and Steve have rebuilt MC21R shocks, and want to know if the process is the same for the MC18?
