Hello "surfman", and welcome to NSR-WORLD.

We don't offer any specific jetting/setup advice in the public area, but the air correction plumbing should remain pretty much as stock, even with pod filters. The HRC jet kit includes different X & Y pieces (different sized jets inside them), although it is possible to to sometimes set bikes up with (or modify) stock ones.

The main difference in setups is the deletion of the bottom hose on the air correction solenoid block to the 3-way joint under the airbox, and the hose from the 3-way joint to the top of the X-piece. (The X-piece top joint is left open to air.) Other than that, all the plumbing should remain in the standard configuration.
