Hello Marc, and welcome to NSR-WORLD.
You won't have any problems with the dry clutch, unless you intend to pull away from every set of lights at 10,000rpm! Best mod is to just replace the thin [2mm] steel plate with a thick one, for a little extra spring preload.
An HRC head conversion on the front cylinder is worth doing, but don't mess with the stock compression. The NSR doesn't need it.
