The dry clutch isn't a straight swap, but doesn't take too much to get it to work. As a wild, completely made up guesstimate, I'd say over 90% of the components are a straight swap.
The F3 fairing is actually the stock upper, with a headlight cover, a one-piece lower [belly pan], and separate side panels. Overall, it retains the OEM silhouette.
Not particularly easy to lighten an MC16 much more, I'd say. Some very early NF5 wheels would probably give the greatest saving. Maybe an alloy F3 shock, and hack anything unnecessary off the steel subframe. Other than that, the discs/calipers/forks are all smaller/lighter than any other model, and quite possibly some of the first things you'd want to update!
