I took a pair of fairing hinges off to be replicated in titanium. I'm not sure what material they are no because they clean up well and only have a small amount of corrosion. They are held in place with alloy rivets, which had corroded and had gotten fairly soft



The heat shield has seen better days. It will be replaced by Zircotec heat shield which is very thin
