Tyga silencers onto MC16 pipes

Wed Apr 23, 2008 12:08 am » Post: #1 » Download Post

I have badly rashed original silencers on my MC16 and have decided to replace with Tyga ali ones. Had a look at what I needed to do on the weekend for the welding of the adapter onto the pipes and found out the stock pipes are approximately 2-3 mm larger in diameter than the adaptor/silencer inside diameter. Any suggestions on how to get around this would be appreciated. So far my best idea is to get a stepped sleeve made up that will slide over the existing pipes and allow the tyga bits to be put in place.

oh yeah, how far into the tyga silencers should the pipe end extend?

Cheers,
