first of all i apologize for my bad english.

I have an nsr250 mc21 and I have derestricted with the wire splice indicated on the site.
I found a tyga document which also says to cut the wires of the 4-5-6th gear and solder them to the 3rd.

is this operation beneficial?performance?

No, it's outdated information.

Stick with the O/Bu wire splice. It does everything you need.
