Very good looking bike, but his claims the single sider makes it look like an NSR 500? Can't say I ever saw a single sided 500. That concept was for endurance racing, not GP stuff...

First saw in 1995 iirc, and were in GP's until 1999 or maybe 2000 i think.

This is (if it works, it's an off site link) Leon's from 2001 I think;

How much does this look like a '28?

If not the link is here.

Loads more here, they ran them from 1995 to 2001, Sete was real quick on it, he put it on the podium if I remember rightly despite being 50odd bhp down, Aoki was fast too.

Dry weight 103kg. Wheelbase 2cm more than a '21. Approx 135bhp.

Supposedly an absolute bitch to keep the front wheel on the ground. You used to be able to borrow one from 100% Bikes for trackdays. A RiDE reader said it made his R1 feel slow.
