Did your brake pads have anti Squeel? Its Like a metal plate a mm or so thick on the back of the pad. If not then you need to line the back of the pad with some copper greese not to much just a thin layer, They squeel becasue the back of the pad is rubbing on the pistons or caliper edge!

Something is flapping? Can you describe it better? Is it when you let the clutch out? When you rev the engine? When it's in gear? Does it happen in neutral?

for the brake pads i dont think there was any thin layer. But i'll get some grease like you suggested

for the flapping sound it happens when i'm in first gear and slowly let the clutch out.

Make sure its the copper grease, you can get a small tube from a bike/motor store, dont use to much and keep it well away from the pad linning!, enough just to coat the back around the piston area!

another product is "antisqueel" made by crc- comes in a tube, wurth also make an aerosole version that you applicate to the back of the pads.
You can also get a file and file the leading corners (not too much) off the pad material. Use copper grease sparingly to lightly coat the brake pins.
Make sure your rotor isn't overly worn as this can also be the reason for noise- if so replace with new....

hope this helps.
