I saw this bike there sitting in the corner about six years ago(been sitting a long time, cracked fairings) and he gave me some story about his buddy owned it/not titled/lost keys/needed new PGM3, so I ran away. This is a shop that buys a lot of wrecked bikes then pieces together a couple good ones out of them, at least this is the way they were six years ago(still same owner). LOOK AT THIS BIKE IN PERSON!!!!!!!

I've seen the bike in person also. As Svjohn says, its weathereed. Still cool to get as a project bike if your willing to put the effort...oh and if the price was a lil lower. The bike needs work and doesn't run as far I know.
but hey, you get a free helmet and gloves with it. Razz

Didn't the ad say it had a title? Looks to me like a regular R model so I think the price would be high unless it was in mint condition.

Caper: you might want to rethink getting a fixer. It can expensive real fast. There are not tons of used parts around so many parts you will have to buy new. I thought I was getting a fair deal on my bike @ $3,500. Figured it might need a fixing up. It looked good and had low miles. The seller was not totally forthcoming though and it ended up needing a full rebuild with new crank because the seller left it parked out doors. Much of the rubber was bad as well. So now I'm probably over $8k for my cheap little fixer upper.
