For Sale,

Brand new NSR150SP barrel and RC valve.

Barrel has had light work to both exhaust port and RC valve. The exhaust port has been raised and widened, and the RC valve has been welded and re-ground to match exhaust port.

The cylinder and RC valve are both brand new and have never been used, and will give a nice kick to any NSR150SP.

Cylinder is marked "B"

£200 plus shipping if anyone's interested. Or if you need any more pictures let me know.

Hi, can you tell me what these markings mean when it says Cylinder marked A,B or C?Think mine says A??

An A barrel uses a A piston. B barrel uses a B piston and so on.

B is what is normaly fitted to a stock engine.

However as long as your piston to bore clearance is ok you can mix and match as you choose.

Ive just purchased a 150 but i need to convert this to a 125cc could you offer any advice? :wink:Have been told to sleeve it????

I have no idea on that.

I make things go faster not slower. I would think you would be better off getting an NSR125 rather than go to the trouble of trying to get an NSR150 down to 125.

Yeh,sorry for treating it like a forum i got confused there for a minute:( Im new to these!.I am interested RC45 ill get back to you on this i just need to get some more funds.

Once built an NSR100 using an NSR150 as a base! It was to sneak past some regulations in a country far away.

Sleeved the cylinder, recut the head, and used a piston from an 80cc or something. Can't remember.

It was actually ok However, matey used it for the transport office tests only and then threw on the spare 150 top end.

I seem to recal that at 100cc with totally the wrong pipe and carb it was still good for over 100 kmh.
