Damsel in distress

Sun Mar 11, 2007 3:23 am » Post: #1 » Download Post

I have an MC18 and due to the way/angle my left mirror is fixed to the cowling, movement is very restricted and I am unable to see out of it. I have tried to bend the actual H-frame/mirror stay with no avail. My next step, I think, is to find a mirror with the same spacing between screws but more movement???

Does anyone have any suggestions or have experienced the same and have an answer?? Or maybe someone knows of another mirror that will fit??

thank you in advance!!!!

You could try mounting it upside down, or there are usually a few other aftermarket mirrors with longer stalks that would fit...

You could try these. They have a slightly longer stalk that the OEM mirrors.
