new to me mc18

I recently Purchased an NSR250r r5k I believe. I performed the wire splice and it still seems to fall dead around 10500 or so, I never noticed a difference. Is there something I may be missing. I am willing to believe that the jetting is off, though it runs really well, one kick to start never quits , I know for full performance it may be off.
I also just noticed that my swingarm may be bent. Either that or there is a bushing or 2 that is really worn out on the shaft it pivots on(I hope) does the latter ever happen, where can i get the parts or a replacement swingarm? $$$?
And finally, I am not sure if the oil injection is working properly(I imported the bike and never even talked to the guy selling it) so I have been mixing the fuel. I am going to fill the injection tank and see if it runs out and calculate by how many km's it took to see how the mixture is set, sound like a good idea? I added oil to the injection tank today and with the bike running I took one hose off the injector and clamped it then watched the pump. At idle almost nothing but if i manually turned the injector with the bike idling a little would drip out periodically. DO the pumps slowly wear out or are they work or don't work?
Anyone know the stock jetting for a1989 nsr250 at 1200ft above sea level, in a dry climate?

Sorry for all the questions and I appreciate any response, Dustin

I saw a pic of my bike on the model history pafge stating it was an sp r6k model. Is there a way to tell if mine is actually that model or just has the bodywork? Mine has the adjustable forks and threaded rear shock. As well as the stainless pipes.

Hi there and welcome;

It needs a couple of 1" holes in the airbox lid to give better performance as well.

As for the swingarm I'd think they'll be discontined by now, but someone will have one lying around, put an add in classified.

I've never even heard of an oil pump breaking.

Stock jetting is here.

R6k's have adjustable suspension F&R, magteks wheels and a dry clutch.
