The reason I ask is that i'am racing what god would say is the finest purest form of bike racing there this weekend and would like feed back to what the surface/layout is like.

It's just been totally revamped in the past year or so I think, Luke. Try PMing '2smoke' through the RD forum. He lives on Anglesey and used to race there regularly, though I'm not sure he's been out since the re-vamp? He's likely to ba able to give you some pointers though.

You racing a moped out there then Wink

Cheers

July's PB had an aerial phot of it, and it looked very good. Google map it!

You sly fox Granty

I was assured that those tests were run on a private circuit away from long lens cameras. High tech testing Bridgstones for Ducati as you can see that engines realy loads the tires Wink

Just got back from Anglesey. (yes Andy kept tradition going, head gasket and top gear lost!! but beeing boiler topped her off and did two more races, try that on a nsr!)

Wow, what a track if nobodys been there get there.

The new surface is great the grip is unreal real good even out wide and in the wet. All I could compare it to would be a cross of Cadwell and Philip Island,

The place realy is better suited to a 600 but a 250 would be so sweet there so if any body gets the chance to go there do not hesitate, Up hills down and even a laguna type cork scew depending on layout, I know llandows fun but if your in Wales make the effort its much much more rewarding.

was reading about it in this months PB and it does look like a fine track. I'd quite like a trip over to try it out.

Need to make a few days trip out of it as there are some cracking roads round north Wales! Wink

I'd probably be up for a couple of days round that area, and maybe a few of the Irish lads may come over?
