Don't worry about Matt everyone... he's just uptight cos he's about to get knocked off the top of Posers by an F3 in Cup Noodle colours with an HRC frame!
In fact, both the Noodles have F3 frames! _________________ Andy.

I'd be careful with those HRC frames. Mine didn't stand up when it hit two Armco's this weekend. Broke in half actually
90-100 high side, threw me 300 or so feet down the track, my bike ended up a good 800 feet down the track from where it left me after ricocheting off two different Armco's.
Guess when the guy who built my engine told me it was making much more compression and would come on much harder out of the corners he really meant it. Me being stupid and not easing into a the new power, and getting on it too hard too soon. Well I learned the hard way (and the expensive way).
Now onto sourcing new frame and parts! _________________ Charles Gallant

Damn that's a fast high side, glad to see you're ok.
That really sucks Charles. Any pictures? There was a RS250 for sale in Tallahasse. _________________ james

Hey, I looked at Steve's F3 frame and I reckon the frame strengthening spars from the main frame body to the front engne hanger maount were cut out of an old RGV engine cradle. Definitely not Honda aluminium. I didn't want to say anything to Steve for fear of upsetting the poor bloke, but.........
I know that some may think that the best thing for an RGV is to chop it up into bite size chunks, but welding them onto an HRC frame is a loss of liberty type offence.
Ere, Andy....have you totted up my points for the RS250 straight primaries, clutch, etc.?
If it had only been a standard frame it would've only thrown you 200 yds down the track, and the bike would only have made it 600 yds... that's how much quicker an HRC frame is!!!
Seriously though, glad you're OK Charles. _________________ Andy.
