after a second siezer melting the piston and damagin the cylnder sleeve its time to spend some money my mechanic recomends its best to get the 300cc kit with all the nice parts than buy a single sleeve for not alot less ...
my dad (whos lending me the money) will help for cash, but doesnt want to influence me driving a 250cc+ (cc licence restriction)

yes i know but will i get away with it?, would i be wrong to say that they will check engine numbers if bikes involved in anything, and numbers will show a nsr 250 engine?,,,

Also, the barrels are clearly marked as 150 (149cc I seem to recall, to be accurate) so even a complete moron could spot them as oversized without the need to strip and measure the internals.
I think you already know the answer. Do the right thing... as you say, if you hit a little kid running out into the road after a football, and the insurance gives you (and the child and family) a big f*ck you, how will you live with yourself?

Actually, smart arse Chester362 is probably right. I can't be bothered to walk upstairs to check, but I believe that the NSR is stamped as he says, and not 125.
