Sparky plug colour

Playing with my main jets today.
First I tried going from a 145 to standard 140 and it was to lean, made a flat spot at 6-7000rpm and was to lean looking on the plug chop for me.

Stuck the 142's in and it feels really good now, so good I took pic's of the plug

I think it looks just about right

That plug there is what I look for when I am jetting. What's he looking for specifically in addition to color and chunks of piston Shocked
