As your first post the these forums, I would have chosen a different approach.

Tim doesn't do much posting on the forums. And if I were to guess who he was dealing with, I would have to go with an idiot.

First, figure out how to spell his last name. It's Morrica.

Second since he's not selling anything on the NSR forums, you may want to tone down your attack of Tim here and present your case with a little more respect.

Third, Im not sure you actually know who your dealing with. Tim is a long time NSR community member and I am sure you will find has had pretty decent dealings for some time. If you have issues with him, work with him. If you can't get him to answer then try working with the email list Admin (the place where Tim is advertising parts for sale?). If you want support from the NSR forums, then you approach the NSR Forums Admin(s) (Myself and Andrew Grant). Now since I am also the moderator for the NSR Email List you can email me directly (chas@nsr250.net) and I will look at your complaint and see if I can get Tim's side of the story and get you two to figure out what the issue is.
