Hey , guys, I plan to give the ''satin-black-treatment'' to my MC21 frame/ swingarm this Spring, for no other reason , than ''looks / more-modern-style''. I have seen some MC21's and MC28's with same satin black applied. My question? "Paint or Powder-coat" , What do you guys think is the best way to go ? Any ''pros or cons ''to either? Also , so I don't end up with a "High-Gloss-Rolls-Royce" black or something , What do I tell the painters or powder-coaters? Any paint chip # out there , etc? I have a CBR600RR 03' and I like the OEM black applied to its frame/swingarm, and as such would like the 21 to come out the same is all! thanks in advance! dave
i remember looking in to this ages ago, matt black paint and then you will need to put a matting agent in the clear coat mix, then spray and you'll have a satin black
