mc16 subframe swap to mc18?

Just bought an mc16, first nsr by the way, does anybody know if the subframe of an mc18 would fit on my mc16? and what about the mudguards are they the same?

The subframe isn't far off, but the mounting points for things are a little different. Best bet would be an MC18 R2/4J Mk1.

The front mudguard on the MC16 looks similar in pictures, but it's a lot narrower than all the other NSR's.
