MC21 subframe model sticker confusion

What year/model is it if the sticker says NSR250RL??? I thought there should be a number between the R and the L. Also, underneath it says 109 and color 109B. Any help is appreciated.

That's not a specific model code, so I'd guess it's been replaced.
