Yes it's a Monday, but who the hell cares....I'm giving you guys enough time to organise the day off work, beg borrow or steal a leave pass from the missus to head out and have a good day out on the track. Evil or Very Mad

Unfortunately they want 15 in a group booking, so if you're interested, the sooner I know the better and hopefully I can get 15 peeps Smile

hi mate
i would *** to drag the 18 down there but cash is a bit tight trying to get my 21sp going . I will be going there next year garenteed got a few blokes lined up for that. Hope i`ll see * there then.
I`m already going to oran park 6th dec the second last day there Crying or Very sad

closing down.
I was hoping to get a few nsr`s there but no luck.
If you book in next year let me know and i`ll have the 21 going then and i might bring both the 18 and 21 Laughing

for the trip down there my mate has a huge enclosed trailer to take.

sounds sweet mate, I'm on the track around 6 times a year so I'll post up here when I'm heading out.

I can't convince anyone to make it out to Oran park with me Sad

PI stings you a fair wad of cash, $235 for the day, plus $10 (probably $15 now!) for the pit area if you want to use it too!

Hey guys. Good job on trying to organise track days.
I would give my left nut to do laps of phillip island, but would not be able to get down there for love nor money.

If i was a mexican, id pay 235 for a day at the island. Certainly would not be a regular event though at that price, but, it is the best track in the country, so you get what you pay for. Better than forking out 150 plus for a day at QLD Raceway mind you.

Guys,

A mate and I have just purchased a rough 1989 MC18 and hope to have it ready by December for a track day - we were planning on making the Oran Park track day on 18th December I recall but the 6th could be an option.

We are based in Canberra and the MC18 is going to be a track only bike as my Trumpy 675 does very nicely as a a road bike.

Just got back from MotoGP at the island and plan to get down next year for a track day.
