I'm back.

Well it has been a while but I finally got my bike back together.

After I seized the top piston I striped the motor sent the cylinders off the be recoated. Thanks to Australia post the cylinders were lost in transit for about 3 weeks and I thought all hope was lost. Turns out the were about 5 minutes down the road all along. For some reason my local post office thought it would be alright to process my mail when it suited them. Evil or Very Mad

Anyway all is good. I have played around with the carbs to richen up the mix and seem to be running well.

One of my mates races gokarts and has this thing called a "easytune". Basically you hook it up to your exhaust and sparkplug and you can tune from there.
Has anyone ever tried this thing or even know if it will work?

Anyway I'm just glad to be riding again.

Andy.

The worst part is I could have avoided the whole thing. The place I had them recoated at is only an hours drive away.

That's what you get for being lazy.
