Did some searching to see if I could find anything on this but really didn't. Has anyone done any testing to see what power gains/losses can be found (if any) from swapping MC21 carb types around? I'm curious because there ARE two different types and was just wondering why Honda in it's infinite wisdom would have done that.
As far as I've found the only differences were the internal dia's of the air correction side of the carbs. I've never found any power increases with either carb other the other in standard form. _________________ If I have to take the carbs off once more...
Thanks Stephen. I figured you or somebody like you had played with this. I'm thinking all of mine are B's but I might have one non-B set. Guess it doesn't matter anyway.
I see. Well, my racebike is only going to have pipes, airbox mod, jet kit, race loom/derestrictor, reeds, and stuffers. I'm not sure I need to go as extreme as boring out the carbs just yet because I'm not racing for fortune and glory, just hoping to survive and get some nice pictures.
