carb synchronising

hi
can anyone tell me how to sync the carbs?i know you adjust it with the small screw inbetween the carbs but can you see the slides move so you can see if your on the right track?

if you remove the airbox you will see the slides of the carbs. on each slide there is a sign you can use when opening the throttle the 2 signs must hide together. thats how i do it anyway!

thanks,that is what i ended up doing,turns out they were ok but found a blocked slow jet on the front cylinder,much better now
