http://www.sonicsprings.com/catalog/

Rich Desmond from Sonic Springs might be worth a yell, seems pretty well regarded in other areas, maybe he can do NSR ones too Smile

NSR is listed there and gives you choise for harder rate and has good price.
However he doesnt list specific nsr model.

As I understand it he isn't just another pull the parts of the shelf monkey. Get your springs out and give him a ring. He'll tell you what he needs to know, and talk about your requirements. Before you ring him, weigh the bike full of fluids, and yourself in your leathers with your helmet. I'm pretty sure he'll just make whatever you need.

Well, one of the problems with fork springs is that they're particular to the things I mentioned above (weight, riding style, what you'll do with it), so really you need an expert to do the calculations, and then temper those with his hands on experience. Even then, personal preference has a lot to do with it (I like plush feel, another mate prefers firm), so you want an operator who's happy to exchange them if they're not quite what you like, so you can try another spring rate either side of what they estimate should be ideal.

Of course once you've sorted out your ride height/sag, you'll want the valving to work with it etc etc... Have you considered finding a specialist suspension technician locally and having a yarn with them? Make sure they're a suspension tech and not just a mechanic who knows how to take them to bits and reassemble them. There's probably a specialist who sorts out most of the local racing crowd, so they might be worth an ask (or just look at the stickers on their bikes, see if there's a common suspension tuner amongst them).

Can't race high powered bikes without them! (well you can, just slowly)

Yip.
Which is why when I have a spare $3k I'll be taking my bike down to Red at Triple R. our local official Ohlins supplier/technician.
New Ohlins shock, linear springs in the front, new valving and he mentioned something about a piston kit.
I have a mate with Ohlins suspension on his 1 handed K2 GSXR1000, he cannot speak more highly of the professional service and support he has received from Triple R.
