After some nice shiny aluminium exhaust hangers for the MC28 but can't find anything anywhere. Want to ditch the rear footpegs. does anyone know if they exist?

I know you can get them for the mc21. Just read a post in the classifieds section, seems a set of exhaust hangers are up for grabs "MC21 Garage Sale". Might be what you are after since the MC21 and 28 share the same frame. Could fit, check the parts fiche on here, it's under workshop I think. If the part numbers match, you're on to a winner.

Joe, when you ditch the footpegs, ditch the hangers too, the rear end looks nicer without em, and no your cans wont fall off without em.

Will ditching the hangers allow more movement of the pipes breaking any the seal (provided there is one) between the pipes at the engine? I see a potential for splooge! Might be worth considering the possibility before you ditch them.

A couple of big hose clips holding the chambers together will help secure them.

Aluminum is so last millennium.
Here's my exhaust bracket.
Plenty of faults, but not bad 4 my first carbon part. And it does the job of holding the mufflers until I make a better one.

That is a Tyga MC21 hugger. The couple of Tyga carbon bits I have are of very good quality and are very reasonably priced.
