Traced a gearbox oil leak on my mc21 to the shaft seal. Parts manual says it is part 91207-KV3-830. From this blog, this japanese fellow seems to have had the same problem, and replaced it with part 91204-MG3-003.

Lyngs parts search shows the MG3 part number superceeds the KV3 part number.

I've used the MG3 seal and used generic 25x45x7 seals without problem.

+1 for Fonty , if you go to a bearing and seal shop you can match the seal for a fraction of the price of the Honda packet seal
