my bike runs fine great pull through to redline in all gears.

but if i stop on an incline and try to take off the bike wants to die and cut out.

i have to keep nursing the clutch till i get a bit of speed up and its fine then.

my nsr 80 and 125 never had this problem.

i have cleaned the carbs and no difference compression is good.

powervalve is working 100%

Have a look at the spade connections to the coils,may need a clean and a squeeze.

When you blip the throttle do the revs drop slowly or quickly ?
If the pilot jet circuit is not clean and causing it to be lean the bottom end of the rev range will be weak as you describe .
