Air Box Air Filter

So I was doing a heavy duty cleaning of my air box and the small air filter that the vacuum lines run to on the underside got a bit mucky and wet, part # 36194-PD2-661

Should I be worried, is it worth replacing it while I have it apart?

If it got wet it will not work and you will suffer terrible jetting. Replace it.

It's a paper filter so swells when wet and refused to breath.
