MC16 Crankshaft seal

Having a bit of a hard time finding part # 91203-KV3-003. I live in Canada and can source the other side through my dealer but not having any luck with the other. Thank you for any help.

Although it's not the correct part, you can get away with using an MC21/28 seal. It just sits "recessed" in the cases, and not flush like the MC16 seal.

91203-KV3-831 is the part number. It's just 8mm wide, instead of 10mm.

Do all NSR 250 crank cases have the same dimensions regarding the crank seal housing orifices ?
Can the crank seal 91203-KV3-831 also be used successfully in the mc18 r5k ?
