Maybe for the rear sets to move them back? Think the spacers go at the top bolt and the plates at the bottom???? Cool

What model is it off? I've stripped and rebuilt a few NSR's and dont recognise them, doesnt look very Honda. Like Dunc said could be rear set jack up plates.

other possibility is a bracket for seat/tail unit from an MC28 to be used on an MC21 frame.
