can anyone tell me what the function is of the castleated nut on the swing arm bolt,i removed the swing arm bolt with just removing the nut on the other side,meaving the castle end as it was,is this correct?
the castle nut is a lock nut it holds a big grub screw i guess you would call it that the bolt went through works a bit like a clamp . Like the bottom engine bolt .
