Engine oil

Sat Aug 13, 2011 4:40 am » Post: #1 » Download Post

Can anyone tell me how much oil goes into the gearbox of the MC18 mk2. My dipstick has been snapped off by the previous owner so I only have a stub about 5mm long, on the dip stick that is, honest Embarassed .

Thank you, the budget must have been tight at HRC.
Nearly ready now just need some front pads and thats it. Off to Eastern Creek in two weeks and am going to take the KR1 just in case it all goes pear shaped. I got the Tyga body work fitted, wire splice done rejetted rich to start and new fork oil/ seals and Alpha 12s fitted. I am going to leave the gearing alone for now and all the surplus switches etc on the bike.
