The stock airbox lid is stifling... that's why delimiting calls for modifying it. The stock airbox lid isn't capable of flowing enough air to make 60+hp.

You're only going to reailse full power when you do the job properly, and therefore it's hardly surprising you're disappointed.

airbox lid

To flow more air you can do the normal mod of the original airbox lid, or for extra pose value could think about fitting one of these 'JHA' special parts.......

While I've always been a huge fan of Jha, I have some real doubts about that airbox lid. Hopefully we'll get to run a bike with one on the dyno one day, just to see the effect.

Feel free to borrow this one Andy, if the Dyno test opportunity arises.

Now you need to find someone who uses an air box Andy!

I don't know if it's of any use, but I googled 2 stoke tuners in Leeds and came up with these guys. http://www.chiselspeed.co.uk/chiselspeed/controller?cmd=contact_us

Probably worth a call to them. There's no substitute for experience. I found that out with my MC18 when I went to Total Traction.
