In March of this year I ordered a set of brake lines for my MC21 through the NSR-World Marketplace. My payment was processed through Paypal and I received a message on 29 March stating that my order had been processed through the HEL factory.
In early June I emailed NSR-World to report that I hadn't reveived the order and received a nice reply from Andy saying it would be followed up.
In late August the parts still hadn't arrived so I emailed Andy again who again assured me that it would be followed up.
Still nothing arrived.
In late September I emailed Andy again asking for info. I asked that if NSR-World could not come through with the order could he please advise.
I have received no reply.
HEL Australia confirms they have the parts in stock but I am loathe to order them if those ordered through NSR-World suddenly arrive in my mailbox in the meantime.
It is getting warmer here in Tasmania and I really want to go for a ride on my bike.
I have read posts and warnings here about dealing with suppliers who take your money for parts and don't follow through but I didn't think that NSR-World itself would be one of the offenders. Has anyone else encountered these problems?
I can assure you that I have replied, and having not received a reply from yourself (as it appears you've not had my communication) I assumed all was well.
I will call the factory in the morning for a reference and take a suitable course of action. Do you really think it's in my best interests to try and rip you off? _________________ Andy.

I can definitely confirm that Andy goes out of his way to make sure that he delivers what has been ordered. I have ordered a few sets of HEL lines off him and once had an issue that the HEL factory had stuffed up. He was very prompt at getting things sorted out and made sure that everything went fine.
I'm with Rob with this one as well! Andy is doing what he can within he's power. These problems are rare and unfortunate but keep in mind there's other sources who are also involve in our needs for parts and we can't help it if it doesn't turn out the way we planned or like... I'm sure Andy will sort the matter out as soon as he can. But in the meantime I myself can't rely on anyone else besides my sources!
Thanks guys, for the messages of confidence. For some reason I've had more stuff get dalayed going to Australia than anywhere else, other than Spain!
Anyway, Steve, another replacement set has been sent today via International Signed-for and I will update you with the reference number via the Marketplace. _________________ Andy.

My two cents for what it's worth. I've also ordered a couple of sets of brake lines from Andy and never had any problems. I always look at the store here first before ordering elsewhere.
Not blowing my own trumpet or anything, but I know what HEL Australia and its' dealers charge... and I'm surprised I don't do more!
You can't buy ADR compliant lines direct from HEL UK anymore either, which were actually cheaper than buying from HEL AU, even with shipping... the OZ distributors are really trying to screw you guys down! Remember, I can do any HEL kit and custom one-offs, not just NSR kits. _________________ Andy.

Thanks for the quick action Andy. I don't know why your message never arrived in my email but again thanks for the follow up. I'm itching to get the bike back on the road again.
Pirate, you're possibly fairly new here and haven't yet got the confidence in Andy and other members in the NSR community. You did a good job posting a calm, respectful message. Don't fret, Andy will sort it out. I ordered lines from him for a bargain price and when they arrived everything was just as I ordered. Please follow up this post when you get the lines I've never had any bad dealings with anybody on here or anyone in the NSR community.

messages could be lost due to antispams in some servers, depending of the settings of your provider they can be more or less agressive, sometimes they are lost in a link server, firewall or who knows ...
My @nsr-world.com e-mails are never delivered to AOL... that's one I'm certain of. There are others that bounce them too. _________________ Andy.

I don't trust that Granty bloke one little bit. It was my birthday yesterday and I got him several drinks........not only did he not drink them (i had to) but where was he when it came time to pay the bill ??????? Nowhere to be seen....typical!
You telling lies about being able to remember the end of a night out again Mr Matt? _________________ Please do not PM me technical questions, if you can't find it on the Forum start a thread
