I tried to find one for quite a while to no avail unfortunately. I did find one on the Yahoo Auctions Japan, but the guy wanted like $700 for it, and it wasn't even complete. I had to just buy another MC21 that had one on it already . Both the HRC and JHA jet kits are extremely tough to get a hold of these days. Hope your search turns out better than mine.
Not sure if it helps, but managed to locate an MC28 HRC Jet Kit. I just need the red X piece as a finders fee as I broke mine and had to weld it back together
