Between the TYGA stub and the cylinder you will need to use the Honda OE gasket. Between the stub and exhaust use a Threebond. _________________ If I have to take the carbs off once more...
Main points:
Don't use the orange RTV sealant - use the high quality grey stuff, it's rated to higher temperatures
Use the KTM vitron o-rings
PTFE tape around where the flanges slide in may also help

Mine is a race bike so the exhaust is coming off fairly regularly. I guess I'll stick with the Honda gaskets for now then get a bit more extreme if needed.
Are those gaskets NSR specific or are they readily accessible?
