Are we all mad ?

This question was asked on another forum so I thought I'd see what the response was here

How many miles did you ride in 2012 ?

Not on a trailer, not in the van, not being pushed around the garage, real miles. Sadly since I bought my NSR in July it needed so much work to make it safe to ride I did the grand total of about 200 miles (125 of those with the rear tyre on the wrong way as supplied and PDI'd by a so called reputable dealer). On the plus side it should be ready to go in another week or so for lots of miles in 2013 Wink

Its not about the amount of miles but the quality of those miles and the never ending smile on your face. You can even get that, just by starting the NSR. Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

About 1500 miles and i thought i was doing bad as family doesnt allow me to disappear all weekend anymore. all full on scratching days though, none of that commute to work or just got to go on motorway here boring stuff. Thats why i love the NSR, you get a massive buzz by ride them really hard through the lanes and your not going to be doing 160mph. Best sunday blast tool going.

None last year as Stephen had my engine for 11 months of it!

Not his fault I hasten to add, and I'm looking forward to doing a lot this year. Smile
