probably getting myself at it but i seem to be hearing a knock from the ignition side when the engines cold.
Not noticed as much when the bikes warm.
The bikes an mc21r.
Are these bikes particularly rattly/noisy when there cold ?

Mine rattles knocks tings pings whirrs and makes all manner of odd noises and I'm not in the slightest bit worried. Now if it started to slap I'd worry.

Sorry should have given a bit more info....i'm a newb to strokers since my honda mt50 when i was 16.
I've had the bike since oct last year and due to weather only done about 120 miles on it.
It runs fine and starts better now i've fitted new plugs but its been making these noises intermittantly since oct.
As a new owner you do get a bit nervous of impending catastrophy.
Guess i should stop worrying.

How many miles on it?

Had a new crank about 3000 miles ago and top end rebuilt.

It's possible something may not have been torqued up properly and has worked loose. Probaby worth having the left hand cover off to check...

I think i'll investigate under the cover.
