I think the MC16 uses the same M7 head studs as the MC18 so I would think they would fit yes. You would have to make/alter the cooling hoses though.

do the heads come with coolant hose spigots?

regarding the blank inserts, does "blank" mean they are set to the standard NSR squish/combustion chamber volume to run on unleaded petrol or petrol/avgas mix?
