I'm sorry, I'm a slacker! Some images of this lovely NS have already been sent to me from NS400R.co.uk but for too many reasons I care to explain I haven't yet posted them!

Here's an optimised image for those on dial-up or who are almost as lazy as me and can't be bothered to follow the link!! Very Happy

any idea of how much $$ went into that beauty?

kinda nice to see NSR forks and wheels and swingarms....

kinda like the leftovers from some of you guys who take your mc21 swingarm and replace with a mc28, RS250 front end rims etc...

at least some of those parts can have a good home!!!

i would love to take a spin on that bike..

any idea of the power that is putting down?

A well set up NS400 makes just a little more power than a well set up NSR250! The NSR scores on weight and handling though, so would (fairly) easily pull an NS400.

The NS tunes very well however, and a Terry Shepherd 500 kit and kit pipes can really bump power and torque right up, although the 500 feels very "4-strokey" apparently. The NSR will still out-handle and out brake the NS though (depending who's on it of course!) so it's horses for courses.

Best thing to do is have both I say! Very Happy

And there's always an exception to the rule... but let's not get into that argument!! Smile

Like I say... best to have both I think! NS400/500 AND NSR250!!

I think I forsee some serious testing when the 400 is alive you know... but I already have a good idea of what to expect.

I do like the seat unit - neat.
