I've been reading, and can't really decifer between these two programs. I know the 030 was the all purpose card, but I read that the 010 is for leaded fuel and the 030 is for unleaded? My mechanic was telling to buy Sunoco 112 leaded which has no ethanol and offers better lubrication. These bikes don't have any catalytic converter, so why unleaded?

What do you mean "why unleaded"?
If the race series rules say "unleaded fuel" you have to use unleaded fuel so HRC made an unleaded card. _________________ Please do not PM me technical questions, if you can't find it on the Forum start a thread
Because everything was unleaded by the time the MC28 came out, in racing and on the road. _________________ If I have to take the carbs off once more...
I'm never going to "race" the bike, so that is not an issue for me. The issue is finding unleaded fuel that doesn't have 10-20% of ethanol in it. We must get the worst gas here in California. There is a mandate that all unleaded pump fuel must have a minimum of 10% ethanol in them. My real question is what disadvantage as a road bike will I have by using leaded vs unleaded fuels either with or without the HRC030 card?
Not an expert here but to my knowledge and experience why you want to use high octane gas when you're running with stock compression? I feel its olny a waste of money.
