Hi all, new to NSR World. Was looking for recommended suspenion setup for my Nsr250 SP. Trying to keep the bike as original as possible but i am 210 pounds so looking to beef up suspension to better suit me. Any suggestions on how and what brand parts would be better??? Thanks for the help.

Do you have a suspension servicing guy local? The Honda kit is pretty good quality if you get it serviced and re-sprung for your weight.

Check out Race tech in Corona CA. They have a website where you input all your data and it will tell you what setup you need. I just installed a gold valve set and it was just what i needed. I'm 180 lbs so didn't need to change out the springs. If your not up for doing the work they can do it for you. Plus looks like your in CA yourself.

I've set up both my bike's by Ed Sorbo at Lindemann Engineering. He does a great job. Not sure where you are located, but he is in Redlands.

Has anyone tried the NITRON stuff? Apparently they make an NSR specific shock set up to your specs.
