Can anyone tell me if Kickstart Pedals are all the same......ie, Identical on MC16,18,21 & 28

The differences between the NSR250 kickstart levers is also something I would like to know about.

I have the wrong kick start lever on my MC18 R6k.
It folds in too close to the frame and hits the frame.
The correct lever sits out a bit from the frame when fully retracted.

I have worked on a few nsr 250 with this problem and the usual reason for that is it has suffered a bend sometime in its lifetime,and a tweak in a vice quickly overcomes this issue,

MC18 and MC21 levers are entirely different castings.

But MC21 and MC28 are basically the same.
