Can anyone identify this wheel?

The wheel has HRC stickers but I cant see any stampings in the wheel. Does anyone know what exactly it is?

Looks like an early RS250 NF5 rear wheel. I'm guessing 4" x 18"

Toms on the ball again, and i think the sprocket carrier is a different thickness to an NSR one.
