Fork oil type for MC28

Hi,
I've had to get the fork sliders rechromed on my NSR250 SE as they're pitted.
I've got the workshop manual (in Japanese) and maybe I missed it but I can't find what grade fork oil I need to use. Can anyone help please?
If it means anything I'm in Britain, will ride in warm weather, and I weigh about 200 pounds (14 stone) I will probably ride it kind of briskly but not a nutter any more.

12.5w is what we tend to use.

Thanks for that. I take it that's mixing half 10SAE and half 15SAE? fork oil? I couldn't see a 12.5W grade
