PGM IV Powervalves

Anyone know at what RPM the powervalves open and close on a MC28?

Can you check the PGM IV and powervalves are working by turning the powervalves with the bike off and seeing if they reset themselves when turned on?

Yes, that is one way of doing it. I have a lead that I can plug into a 12volt battery that plugs into the power valve plug on my RS that does basically the same thing.
